We are an architectural design office that started in a 25-square-meter shop called “Kichi” in Gakuenmae, Nara.
With design experience from our work in various parts of Japan and Vietnam,
we aspire to be a global design firm—one that sees the world from the historic city of Nara and explores both local and global perspectives with freedom.
We value every encounter and strive to bring richness and happiness to everyday life through our work.

Born in Nara Prefecture in 1978
Graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology in 2003.
Joined Asai Ken Architectural Research Inc. in 2003 and was involved in the design of various buildings for 22 years.
